Billing

View your current plan, subscription status, billing history, and manage payments from the Billing page.

Open Billing from the sidebar or navigate to your user profile and select Billing. The page shows your active subscription and payment history.

Current subscription

The Current Subscription card shows:

  • Plan name and description — the name of your active plan.
  • Status badge — one of Active, Trial, Canceling, Past Due, or Canceled.
  • Price — the plan price and billing interval (e.g. "monthly"). Free plans show "Free".
  • Renewal or expiry date — for active plans, the date the subscription renews; for canceling plans, the date access ends.

Changing your plan

Click Change Plan to go to the upgrade page where you can switch to a different plan.

Managing billing details

If your account has a Stripe customer record, a Manage Billing button appears. Clicking it opens the Stripe customer portal in a new tab, where you can update your payment method, download past invoices, or cancel your subscription.

Reactivating a canceled subscription

If your subscription status is Canceling, an orange alert appears explaining when access ends. A Reactivate button lets you undo the cancellation and keep your current plan without any interruption to access.

Billing history

If you have any past payments, a Billing History card appears below the subscription card. Each row shows:

  • The amount charged.
  • The date of the charge.
  • A status badge — paid, failed, or pending.
  • A download link for the invoice, when one is available.

Plan limits and usage

Your plan's storage and conversation limits are shown in the sidebar usage meter. The Billing page itself does not repeat these figures — visit the sidebar or the usage and analytics page to track how much of your allowance you have used.
